I actually turned him around and made him a second face. 
Now he is looking over me at work. My new colleague.
And I look after him. :)

Ah, and for everybody who might have asked where Tiny came from: Tiny used to be part of this kind of security badge thingi. Someone cut of the long ends of it, and thus created Tiny.
