A few weeks back I posted the top picture showcasing the great solution the council came up with to fix the pavement.
Now it looks like they found an even better way. One instead of four traffic cones!!! Which means they can use the other ones to fix three more problems somewhere else. THAT'S what I call value for our tax money. Genius!
